Terms Of Service

Welcome to Indonesia Getaway. By accessing our website or booking any tour services with us, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and well-organized travel experience for all our guests. Please read the information below carefully before confirming your booking.

Booking & Travel Policy

Payment System:

  • Down payment is 40% from the total tour price upon making reservation with us. Once the payment reached our bank account, your booking is officially confirmed. The tour confirmation letter will be immediately sent to you.
  • Cancellation after the down payment transferred to our bank account only be refunded 10% from the total payment, providing that the cancellation notice submitted not later than 30 days before your arrival. Any cancellation for any reasons, submitted later than 30 days before  your  arrival  will  result  in  the  down  payment  being non-refundable.
  • Full payment must be settled 30 days before your arrival (or any given period during the booking process).
  • Cancellation after full payment transferred to our bank account is non-refundable, but the tour operator is open to rescheduling, providing that the new schedule is within the same year, suits our availability, and do not alter the tour components that have been agreed upon.
  • Payment on arrival is applicable, providing that the down payment that has been settled is 80% from the total price.

Force Mejore:

  • The tour operator has rights to cancel the tour if there is an extraordinary event, such as natural disaster, security instability, policies from local authority, and the like which make the entire tour impossible to carry out.
  • The tour operator also has rights to reorder the itinerary during the tour if there is an extraordinary event as mentioned earlier to ensure our safety

Travel Insurance:

  • The travel insurance is exclusive in our tour package prices. Therefore, we are kindly asking you to arrange you to arrange your insurance in your home country before coming to our destination.

During Tour:

  • Each participant must comply with rules during the tour with us. It is to avoid damages to the environment and to ensure our own safety
  • Each tour is accompanied by experienced guides. Any activities carried out on your own volition and without our knowledge, then it becomes your personal responsibility.

Indonesia Getaway reserves the right to adjust itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances. We always prioritize the safety and comfort of our travelers. By booking a tour with Indonesia Getaway, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
