Welcome to Indonesia Getaway. By accessing our website or booking any tour services with us, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Down Payment 40%, and unilateral cancellation after the down payment has been transferred will only be refunded 10% (cancellation must be notified no later than 15 days before arrival. Cancellation notice submitted after this period will result in the down payment being non-refundable).
Full payment is due 30 days before arrival (unilateral cancellation after full payment has been made will only be refunded 15% of the total price, provided the cancellation notice is submitted no later than 15 days before arrival). Cancellation beyond the specified period will be charged in full and is non-refundable.
Rescheduling is only possible if availability exists and does not alter any tour components that have been agreed upo
