Enjoy breakfast at hotel. Excursion to the islands in the north coast of Maumere, island-hopping tour that offers you snorkeling and beach-hopping. You’re going to take a wooden local boat for this trip. Pre-packed lunch box is available on boat. Return to hotel in the afternoon and leisurely stay. Dinner will be at hotel.

Visit an old church St. Ignatius Loyola, which was built in 1893 by a Portuguese missionary JF. Engbers d’Armanddavile who was assisted by a king of Sikka, Don Lesu da Silva.

Walk about the village to meet the community and be ready to be surrounded by locals who want to offer woven products. Acquire one of their products will be very helpful for local economy.

Enjoy an hour drive to Koka Beach, stop here for swimming/chilling and also lunch. It is a small restaurant, offering simple foods that mostly seafood. Continue driving to Moni for overnight. Moni is the gateway to Kelimutu National Park.

An early drive to Kelimutu at 04.00am, start trekking from its parking lot to the peak that is approximately 30 minutes. It is a allowable path. Wait until the sun rises, enjoy the magical view of three-colored craters below.

Besides its scientific explanation, the local community believes that the craters are resting place for spirits and each color defines karma. The red crater is for villain, the white crater is for youth, and the blue crater is for elderly.

Trek down to the parking, drive back to hotel for breakfast. Visit a traditional village Nggela, then a coffee tour in Wolopaku. Lunch will be at local restaurant in Moni. Drive back to hotel and stay overnight. Dinner will be at hotel.

Breakfast at hotel, departure, and leave for Riung in the north coast. The drive is approximately 4,5 hours. En route, visit a museum in Ende to explore the history of the Indonesia’s founding father Soekarno who was exiled here in 1934 – 1938 by the Dutch.

Stop for lunch and relaxing in the blue-stone beach. Drive to Riung for overnight. Dinner will be at hotel. Riung is a small district, most of the accommodations and restaurants are very basic. So, please leave behind any expectation of high-end tourist facilities.

Breakfast at hotel, excursion to 17 island marine park with local wooden boat. The boat will be taking you to bats island, then exploring its wonderful underwater wildlife and stunning white sandy beaches. Enjoy a simple beach barbecue. Return to hotel and stay at leisure. Dinner will be at hotel.

Departure from Riung, drive to Bajawa where you stay overnight. En route, stop for chilling in a hot spring, then drive to town for lunch. Stroll to downtown (a walking tour), then head to Wolobobo for sunset. Bajawa is a small town, situated in high altitude, a big coffee producer within the island. Its temperature is similar to its neighbor Ruteng.

Uncovering the wonder of Flores from the high-end Mt. Inerie. Leaving from your hotel at 12.00 in the night, drive to the hiking base to meet the local mountain guide. The hiking to the summit is around 4 - 5 hours. Mt. Inerie is a sleeping volcano, 2.145 masl.

Enjoy sunrise at the summit, then trek down to the base. Drive back to hotel, breakfast, and stay at leisure. Drive down to the hot spring Malanage for relaxing. Lunch here (local menu), visit a traditional village Bena to see ancestral shrines of male (Ngadu) and female (Bhaga). Stay overnight in the village Belaraghi.

Breakfast at hotel, departure, and drive to Ruteng (approximately 5 hours). Stop for a tour in Aimere, visiting a house where palm liquor namely sopi is produced. A short trekking around the lake Rana Mese, another stop in Wae Reno to see view of rice paddy terraces. Head to Ruteng for lunch & overnight

Breakfast at hotel, enjoy driving to waterfall. To reach the waterfall, you must be walking for around half hour, crossing the rice field. Drive back to Ruteng, stop for lunch, then drive to cave.

Visit Liang Bua, a cave where a prehistoric human species as known as Homo Floresiensis was found. The discovery of a short human skull with a height of 100cm and a weight of 25kg, dating from 18.000 years ago. Return to hotel for overnight. Dinner will be at hotel.

Departure to Waerebo, an ancient village hidden in the mountain at the elevation of 1,100masl. The most secluded village across the island, only accessible by hiking. The hiking is approximately 2 hours.

Enjoy panoramic view of spider-web rice field Lingko Cara, drive south coast to Waerebo village. Stop for lunch in Dintor, short drive to Denge village, then continue by motorbike to Waerebo Hiking Point. Stay overnight in the village. Dinner is in the village.

Enjoy sunrise, meet the villagers who are preparing to start the daily routine as farmers. Breakfast, departure, and trek down the same trail back to the parking lot, take motorbike taxi again back to the car, and leave for Labuan Bajo. Stop for lunch in the beach (pre-packed lunch), chill out, and enjoy driving to hotel.
