One Day Tour

Picked up at your hotel in Labuan Bajo (09.00 a.m.), your excursion begins in Batu Cermin. It is a cave, discovered in 1950s by a Dutch priest Theodor Verhoeven. He believes that the site was buried under the sea million years ago. His claim is based on the proves which he found inside the cave; petrified fossils of coral, turtle, and sea shells.

Enjoy a local boat ride from Rangko village to the cave, a cave containing sea water. The best time to come here is in the midday around 12.00 to 13.00, when the sunray comes through. Enjoy swimming inside the cave. Drive back to town, stop for lunch at local restaurant. Visit souvenir shop before heading back to hotel.
